iLuv has announced one of the first speaker dock designed especially for the Ipad. Iluv iMM747 wide enough for Apple tablet in portrait view and a dock connector for more secure flexible hardware plugged large IOS into this place.
This device can sync IPAD to a nearby computer via USB pass-trough but also has enough power to charge as if it is pure AC adapter, Speaker Dock has no clock, FM radio or other features of its own, but has aux-in jack to get audio from other 3.5mm headphone output. Although designed for the iPad, dock the iPhone can also be connected.
iLuv does not display information output power of sound but adding a subwooper for better bass output. 
Speakers iLuv dock is marketed before mid-October, prices iLumv iMM747 is $ 150 or 1.3 million dollars
